About Me

Hey, I'm Laura, your yoga teacher.

I created Press Pause because I know what it's like to want to do yoga and never quite get there. Life is full, time is short. And somehow yoga, the thing that would actually help, keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.

I teach breath-focused yoga, which gives busy minds and bodies not only a much needed exhale, to release built up stress and tension, but also a much needed inhale, to replenish.

Press Pause is where we start. A simple, audio-only grounding practice you can do in your own home, in your own time. No video, no fuss. Just you, your breath, and a few minutes to come back to yourself.

And if you're ready for something more personal, my 1:1 private yoga sessions might be just what you need. Private yoga sessions are designed around you, your body, your schedule, and where you're at right now. No class to keep up with. No feeling like you're behind.
